Jeff Katz grew up in the blue collar Oxford Circle section of Phildelphia where he worked in his first politcal campaign at the age of twelve. He eventually went to work as a police officer in Philly's rough and tumble public housing projects. After dodging bullets he traded in his badge and gun for a microphone and entered the world of radio.
